Amelia Lim

Amelia's interest in movement started with her love for exercise during her school days. She eventually found a profession that would suit her passion, to understand movement and to help people move safely and move better.

 

She believes that to continue to live a life that you love, you need to keep moving! In her free time, you can find Amelia honing her craft in movement, practising yoga on aerial silks and hoops!

 

During her course of work at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, she developed a special interest in Geriatric Care and Vestibular Rehabilitation.

 

Through caring for these groups of patients, Amelia saw how as a physiotherapist, she plays an important role in helping others attain the highest quality of life accessible to them at every life stage.

 

Amelia subscribes to a state of constant learning. She enjoys clinical teaching as she believes it’s a learning process for self and for others, and hopes to pass on this spirit to the next generation of physiotherapists as well.
