We do not stop exercising because we grow old; we grow old because we stop exercising.

Outside of work, he enjoys exercising and staying fit, believing that leading by example is key to inspiring others to live an active and healthy lifestyle. As Dr. Kenneth Cooper famously said, "We do not stop exercising because we grow old; we grow old because we stop exercising."
