Most post-hospitalization and certain accident plans cover physiotherapy claims, but it's best to confirm with your insurance provider in advance.

To facilitate direct billing, please go through the following steps:
Check with the insurance provider on your coverage and if a referral letter is required for physiotherapy
Contact Thrive Healthcare to arrangement an appointment
Request a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) from your insurance provider at least 48 hours before the appointment
Forward e-copy of the Insurance card, Doctor’s referral letter (if any) and GOP to Thrive Healthcare
